Did you know...

that menopausal symptoms such as vaginal dryness and hot flashes can be eliminated through the simple herb known as valerian root? To no surprise, this information for those two specific reasons, came to me in a dream. Guess what? My clients can confirm the effectiveness of this potent plant. Valerian root is also known in the mainstream for reducing: insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, stress, depression, and dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).

Other issues that may be lessened with the consumption of valerian root include: ADHD, chronic fatigue syndrome, and even hypochondria. Overall, valerian root calms down the nervous system.

Valerian root, alone, is usually sufficient to eliminate vaginal dryness, but for reduction and/or elimination of hot flashes, add sage.

Do NOT combine with alcohol, Xanax (sedative), or any other depressant. Some people use valerian root when stepping down sleeping pills but do so with the assistance of a physician. Pregnant and lactating women should also avoid this root as not enough research has been done.

It is likely you will notice results in 1 - 2 weeks. Take two Nature's Sunshine encapsulated form with food.
